Any content submitted to Createnscale must not infringe on third-party copyrights, trademarks, or intellectual property.

Initial onboarding and strategy development take up to 7 business days. Content production begins once the strategy is approved.
Createnscale will provide consistent weekly updates, and delays will be communicated promptly if they arise.

Full payment or the first installment (if applicable) is required upon booking the service.
Payments are securely processed through our designated payment gateway. Createnscale does not store payment information.
Refunds may be issued at Createnscale's discretion in cases where services are not delivered as promised.

Clients retain ownership of all original content and materials they submit.
By providing materials to Createnscale, you grant us permission to utilize these materials to create and publish content on your behalf.
Final deliverables, including all produced content, are the client’s property once all payments are completed.

Createnscale ensures your brand information and strategy remain confidential and will not be shared with third parties without consent.
While we implement robust security measures, we cannot guarantee absolute security against breaches or unauthorized access.

Createnscale is not liable for indirect, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the service in question.

Createnscale guarantees a minimum of 1 million organic views within 90 days, provided clients follow the strategy and content schedule agreed upon.
Failure to meet this milestone may result in additional services offered at no extra charge until the goal is achieved.

Createnscale reserves the right to amend these terms at any time. Changes will take effect upon posting to our website.
Continued use of the service following changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated terms.

These terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Createnscale operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
